Forget the unhealthy soft drinks....try this instead. It's easy to make and creamyly yummy!
All you need is some fruits/vegetables.....fat-free yoghurt.....and some fresh fruit juices (hand-squeezed even better!). I used 1 banana, 1 slice of pineapple, peach yoghurt, orange juice and some raspberry lemonade.
